1. Art submission and pre-payment does not automatically create a contract for art job production. Submitted art jobs are subject to our evaluation. If any art job is above our regular published rates, or we cancel a job (see item #8, below), we will cancel/void your Paypal/credit card payment and send you a written quote for the job (which you can then accept) or send you a reason why we cannot produce the job. Your finished art will remain available for a maximum of 3 months. Only written instructions and approvals are accepted. Oral statements by the staff of FIXLOGO PH and our clients are not accepted or considered binding. 2. By submitting art to us, the user and purchaser assumes all responsibility and potential liability regarding trademark, copyright, intellectual and other laws relating to the art. 3. We are not responsible for art errors of any kind (see item #4, below). We are not responsible for art that is not available within the allotted time period or consequences that might arise. Due to the large variety of fonts, we reserve the right to duplicate your text by drawing it rather than typesetting. We will reproduce your text so it looks the same as the original. We suggest and urge you obtain a proof prior to producing any products. 4. We will correct any art errors that are our fault at no charge. We must be given the opportunity to correct any of our errors as we will not refund/credit the cost of the job. We must be notified in writing of any errors within 10 days of our posting your finished art for download or email. Any notifications of errors after this period will be considered a new job and we will charge for corrections. 5. Any and all information (NOT including logos or art) submitted by emails, faxes or any other source including comments, ideas, information, opinions, messages submitted to www.fixlogo.com and related websites and FIXLOGO PH become the exclusive possession of FIXLOGO PH. For that reason, FIXLOGO PH advises against your providing any information, especially confidential knowledge or suggestions. By providing any information establishes a transfer of all rights to FIXLOGO PH without restriction or compensation to you. This does not include the transfer of rights to a logo or artwork. Submitting logos and artwork to us does NOT transfer the rights to us. 6. All users and purchasers of our services agree to indemnify and hold harmless fixlogo.com and website domain owners, affiliate websites and their respective owners and website domain owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, and related third party service providers, affiliates and entities from all liabilities, claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, or other losses arising from the use of the website, services or the use of, or inability to use, the products or services. By using fixlogo.com and services, you agree the entire liability of owners and any of their websites, including fixlogo.com and website domain owners, arising from or related to the use of our products, services and/or website(s) shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the products or services concerned. 7. If any term or provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid, void or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of these Terms of Use will not be affected, impaired or invalidated and each remaining term or provision will be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. 8. All prices are in United States dollars. All payments must be made by the Paypal/credit card account of the FixLogo.com registered user (no third party payments). Only resellers of our services are allowed to register and use our services. Industries include: promotional products distributors and suppliers, screen printers, graphic artists, awards and trophy shops, sign companies, paper printers and dealers, etc. If the art you want redrawn is for your own use (your company's logo, for instance), please contact your dealer or distributor instead of us or visit www.LogoLayout.com.
Using our service is very simple. Start out by completing our Registration Form. After we receive the form, we will set-up your account. Please allow up to one business day for your registration to be approved. We will then advise you by email that your account is active and you can use our services.
We designed a Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure Registration Form: our website is encrypted when you submit the Registration Form. Please note your browser will show either "https" at the beginning of the registration page address or "ssl" within the address: both signify "secure"
NOTE: registration is NOT needed to receive a quote.
Suggestions For Sending Us Art: The key to our service is our being able to see the logo or image that needs to be hand-redrawn into vector art. The better the image you send us, the more successful we will be in producing vector art that you can use. When in doubt, send us the image you have. We will notify you before we start production if we cannot redraw from the image you provide.
Digital Camera Images: We can redraw from digital camera images and scans. If the only image of a logo available is on the side of a truck, or a sign, take a high resolution digital photo of the logo and send it to us. We have successfully redrawn these type of images many, many times. Digital photos of logos on business cards also work. We would prefer the business card be scanned (see below) due to the small size. However, if a scanner is not available, try a high resolution photo. We will notify you before we start production if we cannot redraw from the image you provide.
Scanned Images: Scan at a minimum of 300 DPI. Please crop to the logo or art image only as opposed to the whole page. Sending us only the image needed will reduce the file size and make it faster to submit for production. Save as a standard JPEG.
Art File Names: Please provide your file with a unique name similar to the image or logo shown in the file. Remember, we track all quotes and jobs by the file name and not descriptions or purchase order numbers. Please do not send us images named "scan.jpg" or "logo.jpg", etc. FYI: If you do send us a job with one of these common names, our website will rename it with the date and another unique number.
